Job Description

We are a Chartered Accountant firm handling accounting, GST, RERA, Income tax and Audit work for a range of business clients. Looking for an accountant who can independently handle client accounting and compliance work.


Key responsibilities

  • Book entries in Tally — purchase, sales, bank, journal, cash
  • Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
  • GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B data preparation and filing support
  • TDS working, challan payment and return data
  • Preparation of financial statements and audit schedules
  • Client coordination for documents and data follow-up
  • Maintain records and files as per firm's system


Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Tally Prime (must)
  • Basic Excel — VLOOKUP, pivot, filters
  • Understanding of GST and TDS basics
  • Accuracy in data entry and willingness to learn
