Job Description
We’re looking for energetic and driven candidates (Male/Female) to join our team and support our Business Development & Sales Team in closing more deals through effective backend coordination and customer handling.
We are a Real Estate Software company, operating for 3+ years, and we’re looking for someone who is serious about building a career, learning, and growing with us.
- 💼 Key Responsibilities📞 Call customers and follow up with leads
- 📅 Coordinate with customers and fix appointments
- 💬 Understand and resolve customer queries
- 🏢 Explain our products/services to prospective customers
- 🤝 Provide backend support to the Business Development Team
- 📊 Maintain daily reports and follow-up records
- 👥 Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies
- 👤 What We’re Looking ForMinimum 6 months of telecalling/customer handling experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good basic computer knowledge
- Confident and professional while speaking with customers
- Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented
- Someone who is serious about work and career growth
