Job Description

Handling daily back-office operations and administrative tasks.

Preparing and maintaining sales invoices and bills.

Managing purchase orders and stock/inventory records.

Coordinating with customers, suppliers and distributors.

Maintaining sales and purchase data in Excel/software.

Handling basic documentation and data entry.

Assisting with order processing and payment follow-ups.

Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, good communication skills and preferably experience in the pharma industry.
