1. Roles and ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients and generate business leads.
2. Explain company products and services to prospective customers.
3. Identify customer requirements and provide relevant information.
4. Follow up with interested leads to convert them into potential customers.
5. Maintain daily call records, lead details, and follow-up status in the CRM.
6. Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
7. Handle customer queries professionally and build positive relationships.
8. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
9. Maintain accurate customer databases and prepare daily performance reports.
10. Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and business growth.
