Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, pitching services, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calling, networking, and online platforms.
- Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Explain and pitch company services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Knowledge of Startups & MSMEs will be an advantage.
