Job Description
- Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for coordination and accuracy.
- Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, specifications, and tender documents.
- Manage the complete tendering process, including preparation, floating, evaluation, and comparison of tenders.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
- Review contractor quotations and commercial/technical submissions.
- Assist in preparing project budgets, schedules, and material requirements.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues or deviations.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, contracts, and tender records.
- Support project planning, execution, measurement, and billing activities.
