### About the Role

Prayag Rubber Product is seeking a self-motivated female candidate to join our office team in Dudheshwar. In this role, you will handle phone inquiries, reach out to potential industrial clients, maintain daily work on computer systems, and help generate new B2B business through online and offline channels.

No prior technical rubber knowledge is required—we provide complete product training, business scripts, and sales tools to help you succeed.

### Key Responsibilities

 * Make outbound calls to potential business clients (dealers, traders, industrial manufacturers, workshops) and follow up on incoming inquiries.

 * Operate basic computer applications to maintain client data, prepare basic quotations, and log daily lead statuses in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.

 * Identify and generate new customer leads through online B2B portals (such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Google Business, Justdial) and offline business directories.

 * Communicate product details (Rubber O-Rings, Oil Seals, Gaskets, custom molded parts) clearly to clients and record their technical requirements.

 * Coordinate regular follow-ups via WhatsApp and phone calls to convert prospects into regular buying accounts.

 * Assist in day-to-day office administrative coordination as needed.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

 * Minimum 12th Pass or Any Graduate.

 * Basic working knowledge of computers (MS Excel / Word, internet browsing, email, and WhatsApp Web).

 * Clear speaking skills and a polite telephone etiquette in Gujarati and Hindi (basic English reading/writing is a plus).

 * Positive attitude, willingness to learn technical product details, and eagerness to drive sales growth.

 * Female candidates living in or around Dudheshwar, Shahibaug, Delhi Darwaja, Madhavpura, or nearby Ahmedabad areas will find the commute convenient.
