We are looking for a polite and responsible Customer Care Executive to assist customers, resolve queries and ensure a positive experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
• Provide clear information about our programs and services.
• Listen to customer concerns and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the relevant team to resolve complaints.
• Maintain accurate customer records and conversation updates.
• Refer health-related questions to the qualified guidance team.
Required Skills:
• Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
• Patience, empathy and active listening.
• A professional and friendly approach.
• Basic computer, WhatsApp and data-entry skills.
• Good organisation and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
