Job Description

HIRING – CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (FEMALE)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls from across India.
  • Resolve ticket booking-related queries and complaints.
  • Assist customers with ticket cancellations, booking issues and other queries.
  • Manage customer tickets and coordinate with the concerned teams.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate with good communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Good Hindi and basic English communication.
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply; customer care experience preferred.
