Role Overview:

The Customer Relationship Associate (CRA) will be responsible for handling customer interactions, driving showroom sales, and managing day-to-day activities at a COCO (Company Owned, Company Operated) showroom. The role requires a customer-focused and sales-oriented individual who can contribute to showroom performance and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets and drive showroom sales.
• Attend to customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product information.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain customer relationships.
• Manage daily showroom operations and maintain proper store presentation.
• Handle order booking, collection updates, and inventory receipts.
• Maintain sales records and prepare required reports.
• Ensure showroom upkeep and follow company processes and display guidelines.
• Conduct activities to attract customers and increase showroom footfall.
