Job Description

  • Manage customer onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Act as the primary contact for customer queries and concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
  • Track orders and ensure smooth delivery to customers.
  • Build strong customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Gather customer feedback and identify growth opportunities


QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.


EXPERIENCE: 0–2 years in Customer Success, Customer Service, or Account Management. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
