Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage Windows Server roles, Active Directory, user creation, RDP, Terminal Server,and Hyper-V.

•Configure and manage firewalls, including site-to-site VPN, remote access VPN,routing, network policies, and backups.

•Administer NAS systems, backup configurations, security settings, and syncoperations.

•Install, configure, and manage Access Points and enterprise Wi-Fi networks.

•Set up and maintain NVR/DVR systems, IP and HD CCTV cameras.

•Handle network cabling, crimping, IP addressing, ping/troubleshooting, and overallnetwork management.

•Manage EPBX/landline systems and telephony support.

•Install and troubleshoot Wi-Fi and wired printers.

•Maintain biometric and facial attendance systems.

•Provide day-to-day IT support and ensure system uptime and data security.
