Job Description

Conduct field surveys and collect information as per assigned requirements.

* Visit assigned locations/areas and interact with customers, retailers, and other relevant stakeholders.

* Collect accurate data through questionnaires, forms, or mobile applications.

* Maintain proper records of survey data and submit reports within defined timelines.

* Identify and report market trends, customer feedback, and relevant observations.

* Coordinate with the Circulation/Sales team regarding survey requirements and field activities.

* Achieve assigned daily/weekly Booking Targets targets.

* Ensure accuracy and authenticity of collected information.

* Follow the assigned route/area plan and complete surveys within timelines.

* Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
