Job SummaryA Housekeeping Staff member / "Pronto Pro" delivers quick, high-quality, and reliable on-demand domestic cleaning and home services directly to client residences.The role focuses on performing hourly cleaning slots, specialized room care, laundry, and light kitchen tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

General & Deep Cleaning:Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping, and sanitizing of living spaces, furniture, windows (interior), and fixtures

Room-Specific Care:Execute thorough cleaning for specialized zones including bathrooms, kitchens, kitchen cabinets, balconies, and appliance interiors/exteriors (e.g., refrigerators).

Kitchen & Wardrobe Support:Handle kitchen tasks such as washing utensils, kitchen prep work (chopping/basic prep), as well as wardrobe sorting, complete cleaning, folding, and ironing.

Event & Express Cleaning:Deliver targeted pre-party express tidying or post-party morning cleanup on short notice.

Supply & Chemical Management:Handle, apply, and maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and chemical supplies safely according to standard guidelines.

Reporting & Escalations:Report damage, existing maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items promptly to management or via the app.
