Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Cum Business Development Executive to manage human resource operations while actively supporting business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee management, and statutory compliance along with identifying new business opportunities, client coordination, and supporting sales and export growth activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Human Resource Management
• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
• Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing, and employee benefits with accounts team
2. Compliance & Statutory Management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws including PF, ESIC, gratuity, and shop & establishment regulations
• Maintain statutory registers, records, and coordinate with consultants for filings
• Support audits related to HR, labor, and statutory compliance
3. Business Development & Client Coordination
• Identify new business opportunities, leads, and potential customers
• Coordinate with sales, export, and logistics teams for client requirements and order execution
• Managing marketing emails, social media pages and coordinating with external agencies for timely posting .
4. Administration & Office Support
• Manage office administration including vendors, housekeeping, and facility coordination
• Handle procurement of office supplies, uniforms, and employee assets
• Support travel arrangements, meetings, and visitor coordination
5. Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare HR and business development MIS reports related to recruitment, attendance, leads, and conversions
• Maintain employee files, client records, agreements, and compliance documents
• Provide regular updates to management on HR activities and business development progress
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle both people management and business growth responsibilities
