Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and organised HR Executive to manage recruitment, daily HR operations and field sales team reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates, screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews and coordinate hiring.

• Manage joining formalities, employee documents, induction and exit formalities.

• Maintain attendance, leave records and employee data in MyCo.

• Monitor field team attendance, visit reports and reporting gaps; coordinate with employees and managers for clarification.

• Verify TA/DA and expense claims against approved travel plans and available records.

• Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts for salary processing.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and designation-wise candidate databases.

• Handle employee queries, HR follow-ups and company communications.

• Prepare daily and weekly HR reports for management.

• Support PF/ESIC coordination and maintain confidential employee records.

Required Skills:

• Good communication in Hindi and Gujarati; basic written English.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email.

• Experience with HRMS/payroll software; willingness to learn MyCo.

• Strong follow-up, accuracy and time management.

• Pharma or field sales team coordination experience preferred.

Qualification: Graduate; HR qualification preferred.

Salary: Based on experience and interview performance.
