Job Description
HR Manager | Ahmedabad | Full-Time
Satva Gold is looking for an HR Manager with 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, or employee relations. The role includes attendance and compliance management,interview coordination, employee relations, HR documentation, reporting, onboarding/offboarding, and coordination with management and external HR partners. The candidate should have strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, HR tools, and recruitment portals. Hindi, Gujarati, and English preferred. Salary: ₹25,000–₹50,000/month, based on experience and performance.
