Role Purpose

We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition / Recruiter professional to manage end-to-end hiring for healthcare roles. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career recruiters who want strong exposure to talent acquisition and recruitment in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles: understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and offer coordination.
• Source candidates using job portals and job boards (Naukri, indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, and other professional networking sites.
• Create and post job advertisements on relevant job portals, social media, and groups to attract suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic initial screening, and evaluate candidates’ fit as per role requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and talent pools for recurring healthcare positions.
• Regularly follow up with candidates through the recruitment cycle to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports for open and closed positions.
• Support in campus drives, walk-in interviews, and recruitment campaigns as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Any graduate; preference for HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: 0–2 years in recruitment; internship/experience in healthcare or bulk hiring will be an added advantage.
• Sourcing Skills: Strong experience or interest in using job portals, job boards, and LinkedIn for sourcing candidates.
• Soft Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attributes: Ability to handle multiple positions and work with deadlines; proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
