• HR RecruiterManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to final selection and joining.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Understand client requirements and shortlist candidates according to job description, skills, experience, and salary criteria.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment-related details with candidates.
• Maintain and update the candidate database/MIS and recruitment records.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets as assigned.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain professional communication with candidates and clients.
• Mandatory SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
• Good follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• MS Office/Google Sheets knowledge is an advantage.
