Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Staffing Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client hiring requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing candidate relationships, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining a high standard of service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client hiring requirements and staffing needs.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while meeting recruitment targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Provide regular recruitment status updates and reports to clients and management.
• Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer rollouts.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by coordinating documentation and joining formalities.
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends, labor market insights, and recruitment best practices.
• Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or consulting.
• Experience in consultancy or staffing industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Preferred SkillsStrong sourcing and headhunting abilities.
• Client relationship management skills.
• Time management and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is an added advantage.
