Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated HR professional to join our team and support core HR functions. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement within a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Coordinate and execute smooth onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Plan and implement employee engagement activities to enhance morale and retention.
  • Maintain HR records, policies, and support performance reviews and employee development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment.
