Dear All,


We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in hiring for the BFSI, Manufacturing & Engineering sectors.


Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience : Min 6 Months


📌 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ End-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements

✔️ Candidate sourcing through portals, references & social media

✔️ Screening, shortlisting & interview coordination

✔️ Candidate follow-ups & communication

✔️ MIS, trackers & database management

✔️ Timely closures for client requirements


✅ Requirements:

🔹Should have experience in BFSI , manufacturing and engineering hiring

🔹 Minimum 6 months of experience in consultancy/staffing recruitment preferred

🔹 Strong sourcing & screening skills

🔹 Ability to manage multiple requirements

🔹 Excellent communication & coordination

🔹 Target-driven & proactive approach
