Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to handle bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of multiple vacancies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Understand job requirements and match candidates with suitable positions.
• Manage high-volume candidate calls and follow-ups.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain proper recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
• Coordinate with the HR/operations team for joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
