Job Description

Position: Inside Sales Executive – Lead to Order Conversion

Location: Nexgen Office, Makarba, Ahmedabad

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Management

Key Responsibilities:

  1. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for managing incoming business leads and converting them into confirmed orders.
  2. The candidate will handle the complete sales process—from receiving leads through Google Ads, IndiaMART, website, WhatsApp, phone calls and CRM—to understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations, following up, negotiating and successfully converting orders.
  3. The role requires a confident, persuasive and target-oriented sales professional, capable of building customer trust and achieving consistent sales conversions.
