About the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our Government Loan Advisory team. In this role, you will connect with MSMEs, startups, and established business owners to identify their expansion needs and guide them through government-backed financing schemes (such as PMEGP, CGTMSE, Mudra, Stand-Up India, and state-level subsidy schemes).

Your primary responsibility will be consultative tele-sales: understanding business requirements, presenting suitable government loan options, qualifying eligibility, and closing mandates for our advisory and application processing services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead Outreach & Prospecting: Connect with business owners, manufacturers, traders, and entrepreneurs via cold calling, follow-ups on marketing leads, and database outreach.
• Needs Discovery & Eligibility Assessment: Understand the client’s business model, turnover, funding requirements, and capital expenditure plans to identify eligible government loan/subsidy schemes.
• Pitching Advisory Services: Clearly communicate the value of professional advisory services—including documentation support, project report (DPR) preparation, and bank liaison.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, schedule regular follow-ups, overcome client objections, and close advisory agreements/retainers.
• Client Onboarding: Collect initial primary business documents (KYC, GST returns, financial statements, Udyam registration) and smoothly transition files to the documentation/credit assessment team.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach volume, client acquisition, and conversion rates.
• Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development (preferably in banking, NBFCs, DSA loan consulting, MSME finance, or financial services).
• Education: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration (BBA/B.Com), Economics, or related field.
• Domain Knowledge: Basic familiarity with business loans, MSME schemes (PMEGP, Mudra, CGTMSE), banking terms, or financial documentation is a strong advantage.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and regional languages (e.g., Gujarati) for effective client rapport.
• Sales Acumen: Persuasive negotiation skills with the ability to build trust quickly over phone calls.
