Job Summary :-

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounting department. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling daily accounting activities, preparing invoices, and assisting with GST, TDS, and other accounting-related work.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Handle purchase and sales entries.
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and vouchers.
• Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
• Assist in GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Verify bills, expenses, and payment records.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Assist senior accountants with monthly and annual financial reports.
• Required Skills & QualificationsB.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain proper records and documentation.
• Experience0–2 years of experience in accounting.
• Freshers with good accounting knowledge can also apply.
