Job Description
- Position Title: Final QC Jr.Executive – Packing Department
- Department: Quality Control / Packing
- Reports To: Quality Manager
- Responsibilities
- Perform 100% inspection of finished goods before dispatch.
- Verify logo type, logo color, packing bag name, box name & size against approved standards.
- Ensure packing quality meets company and customer requirements.
- Cross-check final quantity with production records and packing slips.
- Maintain batch-wise records of QC checks, approvals, and deviations.
- Ensure ISO documentation compliance for packing QC.
- Tag and segregate non-conforming products; escalate issues to Production & Quality Head.
- Maintain final approved samples with approval notes for reference.
- Coordinate with molding and compound QC teams to ensure consistency across departments.
- Support audits by providing QC records and traceability documents.
- Performance Measurement (KPIs)
- Zero dispatch errors (wrong logo, wrong packing, wrong quantity).
- 100% QC coverage of finished goods.
- Accuracy of batch records and ISO documentation.
- Timely escalation of non-conformities.
- Audit readiness – records complete and up-to-date.
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of packing materials and standards.
- Familiarity with ISO documentation and traceability requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to detect minor defects.
- Good communication with production and quality teams.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet dispatch timelines.
