Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Loan Executive to handle loan enquiries, generate leads, assist customers throughout the loan process, and coordinate with banks/NBFCs to ensure timely loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage leads for personal, business, home, and other loan products.

Contact prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.

Explain suitable loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

Collect and verify customer documents and application details.

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for application processing, approval, and disbursement.

Follow up with customers and lending partners regularly.

Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, approvals, and disbursements.

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.

Ensure compliance with company and lender policies.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC, or financial services preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of loan products and financial documentation.

Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.

Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

Graduation preferred.

Salary: ₹10,000 To ₹15,000 per month + incentives
