Job Description
Office Maintenance: Keep desks, chairs, and common areas clean, dusted, and well-organized.
Document Handling: Deliver files, letters, and parcels between departments or to outside locations.
Guest Assistance: Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff members and visiting clients.
Support Tasks: Help with photocopying, scanning, and sorting daily mail.
Pantry & Supplies: Monitor and manage basic office inventory and pantry supplies.
Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of general office or helper experience.
Soft Skills: Punctual, honest, polite, and able to follow simple instructions.
Physical Fitness: Capable of handling active support tasks around the office.
