Job Description
🚨 WE ARE HIRING | OT SCRUB NURSE 🚨
📍 Location: Ahmedabad
💰 Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month
🎓 Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
💼 Experience: Prior OT/Scrub Nurse experience preferred
🔹 Key Responsibilities• Assist surgeons and OT team during surgical procedures
• Prepare and maintain OT before, during & after surgeries
• Ensure surgical instruments and consumables are sterilized and ready
• Follow strict aseptic & infection-control protocols
• Perform instrument and sponge counts
• Anticipate surgeon requirements and efficiently pass instruments
• Maintain OT records, checklists and inventory
• Handle biomedical waste as per protocols
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists and OT staff
👩⚕️ Candidate Profile✅ Good knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization & OT protocols
✅ Strong communication & teamwork skills
✅ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment
✅ Relevant OT/Scrub Nurse experience preferred
