Job Summary

We are looking for a result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to drive the sales of our premium residential plot schemes in the high-growth corridors of Ahmedabad West. In this role, you will manage the entire sales lifecycle—from generating leads and conducting site visits to closing deals and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent local geographical knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in land or property sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Convert inbound inquiries, references, and digital leads into active site visits and final sales bookings.
• Site Inspections: Conduct professional site visits for prospective buyers, highlighting location advantages, future development potential, ROI, and plotting amenities.
• Market Mapping: Maintain deep knowledge of the Ahmedabad West market trends, competitor pricing, and upcoming infrastructure projects.
• Client Advisory: Understand customer requirements and budget constraints to pitch the most suitable plot options and payment plans.
• Deal Closure: Handle negotiations smoothly, manage documentation basics, and coordinate with the backend team until the booking is finalized.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term networks with investors, end-users, and local real estate brokers to generate referral business.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of direct sales experience in real estate (experience selling residential plots or weekend villas is a huge plus).
• Location Knowledge: High familiarity with Ahmedabad West geography (SP Ring Road, SG Highway, Science City, Thaltej, Bopal, etc.).
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is an added advantage).
• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler and hold a valid driving license for frequent site visits and client meetings.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building capabilities.
