Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Intern who is eager to learn the ropes of digital growth. You’ll be directly involved in lead generation, market research, campaign execution, and client engagement. This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute to both sales outreach and digital marketing initiatives, while learning industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
● Sales & Business Development
○ Assist in identifying potential leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, and databases.
○ Support in creating and delivering sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
○ Engage with prospects to set up meetings and demos.
○ Maintain CRM with accurate lead data and pipeline tracking.
● Marketing & Growth
○ Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities.
○ Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns (SEO, social media, ads).
○ Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels.
○ Track and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
What We’re Looking For
● Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
● Strong communication & presentation skills (English proficiency is a plus).
● Interest in digital marketing, sales, and growth hacking.
● Knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/CRM, Canva, or Google Analytics is a bonus.
● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to experiment.
