Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Make daily calls to customers and potential clients.

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads.
  • Explain company products and services to customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and follow-ups.
  • Maintain customer and lead data in Excel.
  • Prepare daily calling and follow-up reports.
  • Follow up with customers regarding quotations and orders.
  • Handle customer queries professionally.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.

  • Confident and polite telephone communication.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
  • Good follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good Gujarati, Hindi and English communication skills.
