Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Executive with experience in real estate sales to generate leads, interact with prospective customers, conduct follow-ups, and support sales conversions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a target-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and handle leads for real estate properties.
Communicate with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Explain property details, features, pricing, and available options.
Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers.
Arrange and coordinate property visits.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales process.
Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
Education: Graduate
English: Basic English
Experience: Minimum 6 months
Skills: Good Communication Skills, Real Estate Sales, Follow-up
Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred.
Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
