Job Description
Job Title: Relationship Manager / Banca Channel – Life Insurance
Location: Ahmedabad / Surat /Vadodara / Across Gujarat
CTC: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA (depending on experience)
Job Summary: The Banca Channel Relationship Manager is responsible for driving life insurance sales through bank branches by building strong relationships with bank staff and ensuring consistent business generation.
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff
Generate leads from bank walk-in customers
Promote and sell life insurance products to bank customers
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Conduct joint sales calls with bank officials
Train bank staff on insurance products and sales techniques
Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance process
Provide after-sales support and customer service
Eligibility Criteria
Age: 21 to 38 years
Education: Graduation mandatory
Experience: Minimum 1 years in sales (Insurance / Banking / BFSI preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
