Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to manage jewellery sales, deliver an excellent customer experience and achieve assigned sales targets. The candidate should have strong product knowledge, communication skills and the ability to convert walk-in customers into successful sales.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements, preferences and budget.
2. Handle sales of Gold, Silver, Diamond and Lab-Grown Diamond jewellery.
3. Explain product specifications, purity, weight, diamond quality, pricing and making charges.
4. Follow the company's defined 10 Selling Steps and sales processes.
5. Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
6. Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.
7. Handle customer queries, objections and negotiations professionally.
8. Maintain product display, counter presentation and showroom standards.
9. Coordinate with the cashier and inventory team for smooth billing and stock movement.
10. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain customer records.
