Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer reception, job card creation, and vehicle tracking.
  • Understand repair requirements and provide clear estimates/updates.
  • Ensure vehicle protection, cleanliness, and road test procedures.
  • Coordinate timely vehicle delivery with accurate billing and explanation.
  • Manage invoicing, payments, and job card closure.
  • Conduct service reminders, welcome/service introduction, and follow-up calls.
  • Collect customer feedback and ensure complaint resolution within 48 hours.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
