📋 Job Description: We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive who can manage social media platforms, create engaging content using AI video tools, and help grow our social media presence.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, reels/shorts, content creation, audience engagement and basic social media growth strategies.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain social media accounts such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging Reels, Shorts and social media videos using AI video creation tools.
• Use AI tools for video generation, voiceovers, scripts, images and content creation.
• Research trending topics, sounds, formats and content ideas.
• Create attractive and engaging captions, hashtags and titles.
• Develop and execute a regular social media content calendar.
• Monitor social media performance, reach, views, engagement and followers.
• Analyze content performance and suggest improvements for growth.
• Work on strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement and views.
• Maintain consistency in brand style and content quality.
• Stay updated with the latest AI tools and social media trends.
• Coordinate with the team for campaigns, promotional content and marketing activities.
• 🛠️ Required SkillsGood knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Basic understanding of social media growth and algorithms.
• Ability to create AI-generated videos and creative content.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, AI video generators, AI voice tools, etc.
• Good understanding of Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Basic video editing knowledge.
• Good content research and creative thinking skills.
• Knowledge of hashtags, captions, titles and content optimization.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to identify trending content and convert trends into engaging posts.
• ⭐ Preferred SkillsExperience with AI video generation tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Pika, Hailuo or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
• Experience managing a social media page or YouTube/Instagram account.
• Understanding of social media analytics and insights.
• 👤 Who Can Apply?Freshers with good knowledge of social media and AI tools can apply.
• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in social media/content creation are welcome.
• Candidates should be creative, proactive and willing to learn new AI tools.
