Job Description
- Manage overall store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle manpower planning, attendance, rostering, and shift allocation.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and product availability.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, food safety, and company policies.
- Monitor and control cash handling and daily cash reconciliation.
- Track store performance and take corrective actions to improve productivity.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct team briefings, training, and performance feedback.
- Coordinate with HR and management for recruitment, onboarding, and employee issues.
- Ensure the store is audit-ready and maintain required operational records.
- Analyze sales, manpower, attrition, absenteeism, and operational reports.
