Job Description

🚨 URGENT JOB OPENING – RETAIL STORE 🚨

🏢 Company: IKAMATE HR

💼 Position: Retail Store Manager – Apparel & Garments

🎓 Education: Any Graduate

💼 Experience: 1–5 Years as Store Manager

💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 CTC + Incentives

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day retail store operations

• Lead, supervise & motivate the sales team

• Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets

• Handle customers and resolve queries/complaints

• Manage stock, inventory & product availability

• Ensure attractive product display & merchandising

• Monitor billing/POS and daily cash reconciliation

• Manage staff attendance, shifts & discipline

• Prepare daily sales, stock & performance reports

• Control stock loss, damages & operational expenses

• Coordinate for stock replenishment and business requirements

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs
