Real Estate Sales Executive

Generate new leads through field visits, references, networking, and other sales activities.

Contact and follow up with prospective buyers and investors.

Understand client requirements, budget, preferences, and property needs.

Conduct regular field meetings and client meetings.

Arrange and accompany clients for property/site visits.

Present projects, properties, pricing, payment plans, and available options to clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.

Negotiate with clients and assist in converting leads into bookings.

Follow up consistently with interested prospects until closure.

Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings in the CRM.

Coordinate with the sales, marketing, documentation, and management teams.

Attend property exhibitions, networking events, promotional activities, and other field-sales activities when required.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and booking targets.

Provide regular reports on field activities, lead status, meetings, and sales performance.
