Job OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Supervisor to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, billing, and material documentation. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of billing, invoicing, MS Excel, and inventory management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day store and inventory activities.
• Handle billing, invoices, challans, and material documentation.
• Maintain stock records and material entries in MS Excel.
• Manage inward and outward movement of materials.
• Check received materials against invoices and challans.
• Maintain proper records of stock, purchases, and material issues.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Accounts teams for material requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned team about material shortages.
• Ensure proper arrangement and identification of materials in the store.
• Prepare basic daily and weekly stock and billing reports.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in store, inventory, or billing work.
• Good knowledge of billing and invoicing.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience in store or inventory management preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage inventory efficiently.
