Tandoor Cook

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Tandoor Chef who can independently manage tandoor operations and prepare a variety of Indian breads and tandoor dishes while maintaining food quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare all types of tandoor breads, including Roti, Naan, Butter Naan, Garlic Naan, Kulcha, Paratha and Rumali Roti.
• Prepare Tandoori Roti, Tandoori Paratha and other tandoor items as per restaurant standards.
• Manage tandoor operations independently during service hours.
• Maintain proper cooking time, temperature and food quality.
• Ensure timely preparation of orders during peak hours.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations.
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture and presentation.
• Manage tandoor ingredients and inform the supervisor about stock requirements.
• Follow kitchen instructions and maintain discipline.

Required Skills:

• Experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
• Good knowledge of tandoor operations.
• Expertise in preparing different types of Indian breads.
• Knowledge of Rumali Roti preparation is preferred.
• Ability to handle rush hours and bulk orders.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Job Details:

• Experience: 2–5 years preferred
• Salary: As per experience and skills
• Duty Hours: 10 hours per day
• Weekly Off: 4 days off per month
