Job Description
- Key Responsibilities (2+ Years Experience)
- Handle inbound & outbound calls and generate leads.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Explain products/services and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain customer details and call records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare basic reports on calls, leads and conversions.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide regular updates.
