Job Description
About Us
Go-Tech Solution is a ahmedabad-based finance company offering [personal loans / business loans / loan against property]. We are expanding our inside sales team and looking for a telecaller who can convert warm leads into qualified customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to leads assigned by the team
- Pitch our loan products clearly and answer customer queries on eligibility, interest rate, tenure and documentation
- Qualify leads on basic parameters — income, employment type, credit profile, loan requirement
- Coordinate with the credit/ops team for document collection and file processing
- Follow up consistently until disbursement or drop-off
- Update every call outcome in CRM/Excel with accurate remarks
- Meet weekly and monthly conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualification
- 12th pass minimum; Graduate preferred
- 0–2 years experience in telecalling, tele-sales, BPO, insurance or loan sales
- Fluency in Hindi, working knowledge of English
- Strong listening and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable with targets and daily call numbers
- Basic MS Excel / CRM familiarity
Preferred (not mandatory)
- Prior experience in NBFC, bank DSA, insurance or credit card tele-sales
- Knowledge of KYC and basic loan documentation
