What You Will Do:

• End-to-End Outreach: Take full ownership of the provided lead database and reach out to prospects through our official company channels.
• Omni-Channel Hustle: Don’t just rely on calls! Connect with candidates and prospects via phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and any social platform required to maximize outreach and response rates.
• Product Advisory: Deliver comprehensive, end-to-end information about Sparraps, mapping its value proposition directly to customer needs.
• Drive Conversions: Overcome objections confidently, nurture your pipeline, and turn warm leads into closed deals.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in outbound telecalling, inside sales, or customer outreach.
• A multi-channel mindset—you know how to craft a compelling text on WhatsApp or a professional message on LinkedIn if a prospect misses your call.
• Flawless communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a persistent, consultative sales approach.
• Self-starters who don't need micromanagement and are hungry to exceed daily targets.
