Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the in-house desk sales team.

Handle sales activities related to insurance products through phone calls and office-based customer interactions.

Generate business through leads, customer follow-ups and referrals.

Guide team members to achieve monthly sales targets.

Monitor daily calling, lead conversion and sales performance.

Coordinate with customers to understand their insurance requirements and suggest suitable policies.

Follow up with prospective customers for quotations, renewals and policy issuance.

Maintain daily sales reports, MIS and team performance records.

Train and motivate team members to improve productivity and conversion rates.

Coordinate with the operations and policy issuance teams for smooth processing.

Required Skills

Team management and leadership abilities.

Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.

Basic knowledge of insurance products.

Good computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.

Ability to achieve sales targets and manage team performance.
