Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and generate B2B & B2C sales.
  • Contact hotels, cafés, restaurants, caterers, retailers, offices & institutions.
  • Handle customer enquiries and convert leads into orders.
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers for repeat orders.
  • Maintain customer database and daily call/sales reports.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication & convincing skills.
  • Gujarati/Hindi preferred; basic English.
  • Target-oriented and energetic.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/WhatsApp.
