Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make 80–100 productive customer calls per day while maintaining call quality and enthusiasm.

• Connect with registered, prospective, existing, and inactive customers.

• Understand customer requirements by asking relevant questions instead of simply following a calling script.

• Identify customers' material requirements, quantity, purchase timelines, and other relevant details.

• Follow up consistently with customers on inquiries, quotations, requirements, and purchase decisions.

• Convert registered but inactive customers into first-time buyers.

• Maintain accurate customer information, call status, requirements, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
