Job Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telesales Executives to join our

team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining our services,

and converting them into premium members.

Key Responsibilities

 Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and follow up on leads.

 Explain Matrimony.com’s services, packages, and benefits to customers.

 Counsel members and help them in choosing the right plan.

 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

 Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

 Update CRM/system with call details and customer feedback.

 Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

 Education: Graduate

 Experience: 0–3 years in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (freshers

can apply).

 Good communication skills in English, Hindi , Marathi

 Ability to work under targets and pressure.
